Introduction

Purpose

QuickBooks is a popular accounting software program developed by Intuit. It is designed to help small and medium-sized businesses manage their financial transactions, including accounting, payroll, inventory, and other financial operations.

Digital Innk relies on QuickBooks for all its accounting needs. With the integration of Savi/Paybill, supplier invoices are processed through QuickBooks.

Integration with ViSN

In order to process payments for Paybill suppliers, invoices from ViSN should be created in Quickbooks. Manual synchronisation of this data is susceptible to mistakes. As a solution, ViSN has chosen to use the comprehensive API set provided by QuickBooks to automate the transfer of invoice data from ViSN to QuickBooks.

During the initial stage of integration, the invoice export will be manually initiated to allow human verification. Once we gain trust in the export process, it will be automated.
